Refund policy
Returns & Store Credit
All eligible returns are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds, credit card refunds, or original payment refunds for returned items.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for store credit, your return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
Marquise Jewelry Store does not accept returns after the 7-day return window. In order to provide all customers with new, unused, and unworn merchandise, we are unable to accept merchandise beyond this period.
Items that have been sent back to the customer at the customer’s request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Store Credit
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit after the returned item has been received and inspected.
A 6% processing fee of the total sale amount will be deducted from eligible store credit.
Example:
If your eligible return amount is $1,600, a 6% processing fee of $96 will be deducted, and your store credit amount will be $1,504.
Items purchased using a gift card or store credit are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or additional store credit.
Return Condition
To be eligible for store credit, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned with any included packaging or materials
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your store credit will be issued after inspection.
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of returning eligible item(s). To initiate a return, please visit our Client Services return portal.
Free return shipping is limited to one free return per order.
Packages sent to us without an approved return request or confirmation will not be accepted and will not be eligible for store credit.
Packages returned without notice or return authorization may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
BOGO Returns
For purchases made under a Buy One, Get One offer, both items must be returned to qualify for store credit.
If only one item from a BOGO order is returned, the return will not be eligible for store credit.
Sale Items & Discounted Merchandise
All sale items and merchandise purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
This includes items purchased using promotional codes, discounts, limited-time offers, or special sale pricing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items purchased using a gift card
- Items purchased using store credit
- Sale items
- Discounted merchandise
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned in unsellable condition
Exchanges on Manufacturer Defects
We only replace items if they are defective due to a manufacturer defect.
All manufacturer defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we are unable to determine whether the damage was caused by customer wear and tear.

Items damaged due to customer wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Lifetime Guarantee
Our Lifetime Guarantee protects eligible chains against tarnishing only.
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by customer wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- Broken clasps
- Bent chains
- Broken links
- Snapped chains
- Dents
- Pulling, stretching, or misuse
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused after delivery
Any item determined to be damaged through customer wear and tear is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.
Cancelled Orders
All items are made to order.
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us by email at sales@marquisejewelrystore.com or by phone at 856-362-4066 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours may be eligible for cancellation.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours, but before shipment, are only eligible for store credit.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
