Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard shipping time within the United States is 4–6 business days, excluding processing.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in carrier systems.

Shipping/Billing Address
For fraud prevention and delivery security, the billing and shipping addresses on all transactions must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, the customer will receive store credit minus shipping fees once the item is returned to Marquise Jewelry. Customers may also pay to have merchandise reshipped.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • Marquise Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

  • If tracking reflects “delivered” but the package has not been received, customers must allow 3–5 business days for possible carrier delays or scan errors. If the package does not arrive, the customer must notify Marquise Jewelry within 10 days so we may assist in filing a carrier claim.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer, Marquise Jewelry’s contractual and legal obligations for fulfillment are fully discharged. At that point, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

  • Marquise Jewelry shall not be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or signed for by another individual after the carrier records the package as delivered. No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued by Marquise Jewelry in such cases.

Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy, including the transfer of risk of loss upon carrier confirmation of delivery. Any disputes regarding packages marked as delivered must be pursued directly with the carrier.
